National Park Reservations, based near Glacier National Park in Montana, is the largest independent lodging and activity provider for our beautiful national parks. We assist clients in planning their national park vacations with lodging offerings both inside the parks as well as in the gateway communities. We are the experts in national park trip planning and love what we do!

We are looking for valuable, career-minded members to add to our growing team of Reservation Agents. We are seeking individuals who love the National Parks, can work fully remote from home, enjoy working with people, are proficient with computers, possess excellent phone skills & internet searchability, and are hard-working & dependable.

National Park Reservations is fast-paced and you will be handsomely rewarded for your hard work. Wage is $20.00 an hour (after training) for full time employees with additional daily, weekly, and annual bonus incentives which can yield a significant income. (Wage during full-time training period is $19/hour.)

Requirements

• Exceptional phone skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
• Must be able to think quickly on your feet & thrive during a fast-paced day
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed company reservation goals
• Strong computer and internet skills in working in a paperless environment
• Must possess high attention to detail and deliver precise information to clients
• Superior customer service and professional problem-solving skills
• Flexible scheduling is required
• Dependability is a must
• High-speed internet through ethernet cable or WiFi will be necessary

Work Location

This is a remote position. Employees will be working remotely from home. Applicants must reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment: MONTANA, WYOMING, UTAH or ARIZONA. If you are not a resident of one of these states, please DO NOT APPLY! Upon hiring, employees will need to start a paid training course. Before the training start date, employees will be provided with a desktop computer system with monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. High-speed internet through ethernet cable or WiFi will be necessary.
